Hello, I need some help in this matter!
I requested a Student Visa through Canadian Visa Aplication Center To take the Full Time Project Management Postgraduate Certificate in Centennial Collegue by 3 semesters and it was approved on April 5th. but I have not received my passport yet. I contacted a VFS official by chat and he told me because of the problems in Venezuela all processes are overdue and this could take at least 10 more days, so I won't have time to start my Certificate on time. My wife is going to take the same Certificate by 3 semesters and She got already her student visa approval 1 months ago so, can I request an open work permit while she will be taking her Full Time Postgraduate Certificate although I have a student visa?
