spousal work permit inside canada

hello

i applied my visitor visa in November and that time i was in restoration of visitor visa and my restoration period was finish in November 30 2015 and on 15 th of march i got rejection on visitor visa and right now i don't have any legal status in Canada.....

i have my husband in canada he is working under b catogory job we wants apply my dependent open work permit as far as....

i dont have any legal status in canada but my husbund is on post graduation open work permit can we apply my dependent work permit from canada or i have to leave country or i have to apply from my home country........

please suggest me as soon as possible

Since you don't have any legal status here in Canada then you should leave the soonest time possible before you apply for anything. This might be a cause for refusals. IRCC is very strict when it comes to your status in Canada. Then once you have exited, you can apply for SOWP.
