I need your help for the following situation. I was an international student and graduated in Oct 2018. My spouse was accompanying me on dependant open work permit. My study permit and her work permit was expiring on Nov 30, 2018 so we have applied for my PGWP [Post Graduation work permit] and her open work permit extension with all necessary documents on Oct 30, 2018.
Gladly we both have received our work permits [My PGWP and her open work permit which are good for another 3 years]. During this time she had to travel to back home for some emergency. And she will be coming back now so we need to apply her TRV.
My question is :
1. If she apply her TRV online, what will be her current country of residence ? If she choose canada then system is allowing her to go forward with TRV application but then where will she submit per passport for stamping? If she chooses India then system is saying she needs open work permit which she already have.
2. Should she visit any of the VAC in India with her in Canada Approval letter and will they be able to help get her TRV application ?
3. Should i send her work permit from here in courier ? As her work permit arrived in mail on Canadian address.
