spousal visa work permit

Hi guys,
I have completed my 2 yrs course and got my work permit for three years. I have got a Class B job under Noc and am planning to bring my spouse here. She is residing in India. What are the documents i need to apply for her spousal open work permit and what is the processing time for it. Can you help me out with this query asap.
