Spousal visa..need help

I have applied for PR in family class.I got an email asking me to send the IMM5669 Background information form within 30 days.I am planning to apply for a visitors visa.
I have some queries regarding the application for visiters visa
1)can i apply for visitors visa this time.
2)what details should i give on the purpose of visit and letter of explanation.
3)should i give the details of return when applying for visitors visa .
Please help.Waiting for your valuable information.

1.) You have a PR sponsorship application in-process.......you could also apply for a visitor visa.........advice you upload IMM5669 as requested b4 deadline to avoid any delays.........chances of approval for visitor visa in LOW when you have PR sponsorship in-process........you are a high risk likely to overstay your visitor visa.

2.) Discuss this with the person inviting you for the visit........you should have a reason for visiting.

3.) Regardless of your actual intention......you are expected when you apply for visitor visa to convince IRCC that you will not overstay your visit visa.
