What is the fastest way for me to visit him? If I am his wife can I apply easily for tourist visa? Or spousal sponsorship?

No, you can't easily apply for a TRV. Being married to a Canadian actually makes it harder for you, as it shows strong ties to Canada.
So the type of application I should apply for is PR and my husband needs to apply for Canadian Sponsorship for spouse? Is that correct?
