Spousal Visa for Husband

Hi,

I migrated to Canada as a Permanent Resident through express entry one year ago. I recently got married. Do I need to fall into a certain income category to qualify to sponsor my husband? I read somewhere that there is no minimum category for sponsoring a spouse. Is it true?
Also, how long does the processing take? What documents do I have to provide when applying for the visa?
