Spousal Visa for a DACA recepient living in US

Hello all,
My fiancé is a Canadian Citizen and I’m on DACA(deferred status that gives me legal presence for 2 years l, I can renew every 2 years)
I am a Pakistan citizen living in the USA UNDER DACA. I got legal presence before my 18th birthday so the ban would not apply in my case if I left the country. But with DACA I would not be let back in.
My fiancé and I will get married, and she wants to sponsor me. I live in the US(I came here when I was 4) and never went back to Pakistan or out of the country.

My questions:
What is the overall process for this?
How long would this take?
Would I have to go back to Pakistan for the visa?

Any other options I could try to get into Canada then do a inland application?
I have a bachelors degree in Information Systems(IT) and English is my first language.

How long would this take? The processing time is 12 months on average it could be more or less.
Would I have to go back to Pakistan for the visa? No one would know if you would be required to go back as each application is different

Any other options I could try to get into Canada then do a inland application? You could possibly apply for a TRV and if approved come and apply inland.
