Greetings..!!
I've been to a common law relationship but it about more than a year and ended last april of 2007, we got 2 kids under his name and he seems like we are fighting for the custody of the kids, i am married to a very wonderful canadian guy just last year and now we are starting to complete all the forms and the needed docs, we've been in a relationship since 2008 and got married last year, heres my questions:
1. do i still need to submit the declaration severance of common law though my and my canadian hubby were already married?
2. and about the declaration of the separation does my ex needs to sign the declaration though it may be void coz of the legal marriage that takes place between me and my canadian hubby now??
3.how about my kids?? what kind of custody is best to file in order for me to sponsor them later coz theyre not gona accompany yet,in due time when im settled there,in that way i can help them adjust when im there and already adjusted with everything..
4. i was diagnosed with TB but already medicated under government's TB-DOTS.. is that gonna be a hindrance of being approved because of my health issues???i've completed all the meds in the TB program.
PLS... if anyone could answer my question i would really appreciate it so much,i really need help, i dont want to make mistakes on my application...
