In my Inland Spousal Sponsorship Application(my wife is Canadian citizen) I provided a false information that in my homeland I had been married and my wife died. On interview an officer sad me that they didn't find any confirmation concerning my marital status in my homeland and gave me 30 day to support this information. I sent the officer my confirmation of misrepresentation and sad that I have never been married in my homeland. After that I received a refusal letter and was said that the refusal to process my application from within Canada does not affect my right to apply from abroad.
Then not waiting a removal order I submitted Spousal Sponsorship Application second time with truthful information and later received a letter that it has been decided that I will be referred to an admissibility hearing before the Immigration Division. After a while they asked me for my medical examination for the second application. Now i am waiting for the hearing.
What are my chances of success at the hearing?
Will they consider my second application?
If I am admitted in the hearing as inadmissible in Canada for 5 years, what will happen to my second application?
What is the best to me to do in my situation?
If there is a person who will give me advice, I will be very grateful to him(her). Thanks everybody.
