I have a fewquestions. I appreciate if any one can help me pls:

1- I have received the letter from government confining that they have received our application (both for my husband as principal applicant and me as the sponsor). they requested the applicant to make an online account and link the paper application. however, we were not yet able to link our application to the online account. we created the account but when we enter the required info to find our application it says "sorry we can not find your application, etc". do you know how I should solve this problem? now I am also requested to send the schedule A form, is it ok if I send it by post now that I could not link my application to the online account? they didn't ask for the police certificate (as I have already submitted that when I sent the application) do I need to still send the police certificate even though they didn't ask for it?

2- when should I sent the kit related to Quebec government? do I have to wait to receive another letter from CIC which clearly says that I can now proceed further and send my documents for Quebec government? or the letter which confirms the receipt of our documents means that I can now proceed further and send my documents to immigration office in Quebec?

1- There are some tips on how to link your account on the "link myCIC" tab in the linked spreadsheet in my profile signature. Worst case if you are unable to link account, you can fill out the form (06-2017 version, not 2012), validate it, print it out, sign in ink, scan back into a pdf file, and upload it as a technical issue through "webform". Here is a link to the Schedule A form. You must right click and save as first before opening the form for it to work properly.

2 - I have no experience with Quebec sponsorships. I'll defer to others to comment.
