Hello. Good Day! I would like to ask in what stage does my application under spousal sponsorship was already since it was moved last November 10,2017 to Manila Visa Office then started processing on November 14,2017? Because I know some of applicants with the same date like mine that were started processing our application already received pre-arrival services, but why some of us doesn't receive it yet? We're all September 2017 applicants, and have the same started processing date in ECAS. We're all confused. Please help me/us to understand. Thank you so much in advance.
