I have a question about my current situation. I am travelling through the US with my wife visiting her family for the next 2 months then will be returning to Canada. I do not have a permanent address other than the rental property I own in Canada. We are applying for outland spousal sponsorship. I have a question about the sponsorship declaration:
Are you a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada? (What do I answer?)
Do you reside in Canada and no other country? (what do I answer to this, I don't really reside in any other country even though I am currently in the US)
Also am I correct in that my wife can still enter Canada while we are applying for an outland sponsorship but cannot work?
