Can someone help me regarding spousal sponsorship. 2 weeks ago, I've been married with my long time boyfriend and the father of my son. I'm on the process of preparing all the documents needed to be submitted to CIC. I already filled out the IMM1344 and IMM5532 and I will send this to my husband for his signatures. My questions are, do I need to submit everything and pay the fees? I've notice that IMM0008 need his UCI# to fill up. How could he have this because we're still waiting for the CIC descsion if my sponsorship is approve?
