Hi I'm temporary foreign worker (work permit expired 02-21-15).my husband is permanent resident( He already applied for citizenship and received acknowledgement receipt), he resigned his previous job but have already got new job. I just want to ask is not problem for applying spousal sponsorship? We got married on 10-20-13,and he still paying his student loan? And I also want to ask what is the best to submit the spousal sponsorship inland or Outland? Hope there's someone will response my question?

Applying outland tends to be much faster over inland approach. Some are faster depending on what country you are from.

You have to do your own research on the differences between inland and outland taking in the pros and cons of each route. Then make your own decisions based on how each process can affect your relationship and your long term goals.

Changing jobs should not be a problem for spousal sponsorship. Your sponsor will have to provide an Option C printout for their review. Generally Outland is much faster than Inland in terms of processing, but you ought to check the CIC website for the processing time for country VO but most likely an Outland application is your fastest route.

Just fill out application forms for spousal sponsorship outside Canada and send it to Mississauga office. They will treat it as outland process.

An "Up Front" Medical is now required to be submitted as part of your application, according to the instructions. They may return your application if it's missing.

Well the answer to the questionnaire is YES of course, so just explain that you live together and how you share the living expenses and that you support her with cash. We did not send any proof of financial support.

I just to ask again the question in application package of application to sponsor a member of the family class theirs part 1, part 2 and part 3 ,part are the visa office, the question is no need to send in the visa office? Because me and my wife live here in Canada, so no need to send in the visa office in the Philippines direct send to case processing centre in Mississauga Ontario is that right and do up front medical before sending our documents.

You send the entire application in one package to CPC-Mississauga. Up front medical should be done just before you mail the app.

As it says in the country specific guide for the Philippines, point #14, you must send 9 photos.
