spousal sponsorship

Hi there,
anyone has any information please ,i am applying for my PR through spousal sponsorship inland and i am extending my stay because it will expire after 30 days.It took time to gather all information and evidence to give it to my lawyer and then he got sick for couple of weeks,and now everything is ready to be sent by him..I was just wondering if it matters if you submit everything together a day or two later than 30 days before expiry of my visitor visa...

The 30 days is a suggested cut-off, it is not a rule. You can still apply for the extension as long as your current status is still valid.
