Spousal Sponsorship with OWP

As of now, I'm trying to submit my PR application along with a OWP application.
I will be applying for inland spousal sponsorship.
However, I'm confused at how to fill out the OWP application.

Am I supposed to be filling out the "imm5556e" PDF?
If so, I'm not sure which category to check.
I feel as though I don't meet any of the requirements?

Information about me:
  • U.S. citizen
  • Graduated university a year ago
  • Unemployed
  • Not a skilled worker

Information about my spouse:
  • Canadian citizen
  • Graduated university this year
  • Self-employed (so I'm not sure if he's considered a skilled worker or not)

Even if my spouse isn't a skilled worker, what does that have to do with applying for my own OWP?
I thought I can apply for an OWP if I'm simply applying for a spousal sponsorship.

No, just the IMM 5710 and the fee receipt. Your submission letter should list them in the attachments and your application summary should include a note that you are applying for an OWP as permitted by regulation - but even if you do neither of those things, they ought to be able to figure it out.

Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure how I came across the document IMM 5556, but I found this if anyone needed confirmation:
