Spousal sponsorship with her dependent

Please I need advise regarding my spousal sponsorship. She has a 6yrs old dependant but she never got married. The father of the boy has never be in support in anyway, I've been supporting her and the son for two years, I got all documents to proof that. How can I sponsor my spouse with her son to canada and what documents I need to get ready so that immigration will approve my application. The father of the boy agrees and ready to give consent for her to come to canada with the son. Thanks
