When was yours received? Did you hear from them yet at all?
I'm looking to know if I'm alone or if others are experiencing this. I'm asking this because I want to know where my application stands. Thanks!

Mine was Feb. 8 and I haven't heard a thing.

Our application was sent January 9 of this year. My husband received the Acknowledgement of receipt February 18.

Some January applicants took 100 days before they receive news regarding their application.

By the way, have you tried contacting CIC regarding your application?

Yes, of course. I call almost daily. I am mostly greeted with rude behaviour calling me "stupid" and yelling at me. On rare occasion someone tries to help by asking my receipt # (you get it after having paid the $1,040.00) and they say they got nothing when they put it in. Meaning they didn't get to my app yet (do they even have it, who knows).

I'm very shocked it took yours about 1 month to complete. I'm at about 3.5 months now and I heard nothing. This is day 101 for me. I heard nada, zero, zip.

Hello, I called CIC today. They told me that wait is now 90 days. I asked why? I was told, Volume..it's a long wait..
