Spousal Sponsorship Visa

HI All,

My husband and I have submitted our application early July and it was received in Canada on July 9th. We should by now have received an answer for the Sponsor part at least but nothing yet...
Our status on cic Website is:
"We received your application for permanent residence on July 9, 2012.
Medical results have been received."
Do you know exactly what it means and if it is processed at least yet?
Could it be sent to London office for the applicant part directly without informing us?

Did you put an e-mail address on your form?
If that is the case then they probably e-mailed it to you and you might want to check your spam filter.

My application didn't show up until AFTER the sponsor was approved, so you might be in luck.
Give them a call, maybe it helps.

We did put an email in our application but checked everyday and havent recieved anything (spam as well)

I havent been able to find a number to call them on... could you send that to me??

According to the website they are working on applications received July 12th. That means they have probably only recently sent your approval letter. You can call the Call Centre to check: Call Centre telephone number: 1-888-242‑2100 if you are in Canada.

This is what I thought.... unfortunately im not in Canada, so we can't call them.

Thank you for your help though! Hopefully we will get an answer soon.
