Spousal Sponsorship via Damsacus

As CIC website says, it takes 13 month processing time for spousal sponsorship applications in Damascus. 13 months after around 60 days of processing sponsor's eligibility... is 13 months minimum, or maximum? has anyone got his/hers less than the mentioned period?

and as for your answer, yes there have been people who got it less than 13 months, like around 8-9 months.

people from november 2010 are still waiting so unfortunately there's some months of waiting ahead!
and as i said this is the link you guys might want to join, many members with spouse sponsorship in damascus are there who can answer your questions and you can compare the timelines. there's no need for a new thread!
