I have not gotten the AOR so I think it means they have not started to process for my OWP!?

I don't know how this is processed. Normal cases, you can only apply for OWP after AOR.

I think you can still try to restore your status as visitor if it's within 90 days.

Again, did you submit the OWP application before or after your previous permit expired?
