Hi there, my spouse is currently 'residing' / staying with me in Canada for about 8 months now (since 5 months we applied for an extension, which is yet to be answered so we are supposedly on 'implied'.
A lot of the spousal sponsorship documents are asking whete she is currently living, we are saying she is living in Canada at my address.
I asked online if she counts as 'living' with me, in Canada. Which people said 'yes' regardless of her status BUT is she LEGALLY living In Canada? To the point where we can say, she is indeed 'livijg' in Canada? She is technically on a USA visitor 'visa' if you will.
Thanks
