Spousal sponsorship PR application sent back

Hi,

So Immigration sent back my PR application as I missed a hand written signature next to my electronic signature. Does that mean I have to start my whole application again or can I simply just sign it and send it back as is? The signatures are dated from November 2020.

Yes u have to redo the form with update signature.

When you say redo the form do you mean only the one with the missing signature? Or the entirety of the application?

Signature is valid for 3 month only so if any of your signatures is over 3 month old on any of your form I would advise you to redo those forms with update signature

If they sent back your whole application package, check all the forms in it and make sure they are current (some may have been changed since). Update those that has signature with date that's outdated as well. Then resend the whole application again.
(It's also the time to double check to make sure everything else in the package is correct. They may only point out 1 issue but there may be others that they didn't continue to check.)
