Hello Everyone,

Will new passport with no Visa stamps on delay the return of the passport? Although it is case dependent but I have been observing that the average waiting time for passport to be returned to the sender was ranging from 10 - 20 days with Canadian Visa stamp and COPR. Can anyone shed light in this matter.
