Spousal sponsorship late file number

Hi All,
i am living in Canada with post graduate work permit, my husband is PR and he Sponsored me . once they have returned my application because I forgot to add notice of assessment in my application , then i have sent the application for second time in February 16th 2020 and they got it on 19th . i haven't received any file number , it is about 10 weeks and i am worry about it. do you know if it is normal?

Nothing is normal right now, you submission date would mean they might normally given you AOR in 8-12 weeks, right in the middle of the crisis. Expect it to be further delayed. Nothing to worry about.
