Hello everyone,
I just wanted some insight before mailing the final Spousal Sponsorship Application.
My wife is from Kazakhstan, and we started communicating back in May of 2013 when we met while teaching each other languages mutually (It turned out we had a lot in common, ect...). We chatted pretty much everyday via Skype, VideoChat, Voice Calling, E-mail. In February of 2015 we both flew to Europe together for vacation for a few weeks. In July of 2015, I flew to Kazakhstan to get married, and stayed there for a few weeks as well.
My wife is now in Canada as she was granted a 7 Year Multi Entry Visa, so she is staying with me until her 6 Month period per entry (March 2016).
My question is this:
We have filled out our proof with paragraphs indicating what we did each day in Europe, what we bought, pictures together, receipts, all air plane tickets, and passes, ect... We did the same for when I was in Kazakhstan, and included all the wedding information, photos, all the names of everyone present, ect... Even my friend from Ukraine flew their to attend the wedding. We went to many places within her city, met with lots of friends and family.
When she arrived here in Canada on October 1st 2015, she met my family, friends, ect... So we have photos, receipts, and descriptions of what occurred. She is even on my Apartment Lease as a Visitor, and has a phone line with me on my business cell plan.
We have some Skype phone logs, whatsapp logs, and a few emails here and there, however I'm not to fond of going through and providing hundreds of pages of Skype Chat. Is it enough to have all the visual proof we currently have? Plus the phone logs? My wife was also granted that 7 Year Visa (Which I believe is a good sign) based on coming here to finish our Sponsorship application. (I'm applying as if she is outside of Canada) as it's faster, and she's just visiting.
Will I run into trouble by not providing tons of private and personal chat log? We're clearly in a genuine relationship as we're living together, and both spent thousands of dollars each just to visit each other prior to marriage, and have lots of photo proof. If it also matters, we're both in our late 20's, and one year apart. She also has a Cousin that lives in Western Canada with his wife and children, working at the University, they're all from Kazakhstan as well.
Thank you for any help!
