1.Prepare my application:
When you prepare your application you must submit all true stories. Many people introduce internet through and fall in love and get married. They think if they write a real story may be they fall in trouble but every applicant should tell the truth. Because Canadian immigration spousal visa one of the important part is introduction. When you complete your application check your application specially your date of birth, your marriage date, your introduction date, your telephone number, your email address and each thing is important because if you write to mistake anything later you have to explain it.
2.How do I know my application condition?
After submit your application you get a letter from Singapore. If you are interview list the visa office send you an email that you are pending for interview and they give you waiting time. If you want to know your application condition you can request for GCMS Note. After request your GCMS NOTE you will get your GCMS Note within 30 days later. In your GCMS note you will find your weak point and you see if you did any mistake. Your weak point is your application “RED FLAG”. If you know about your weak point it will help you to prepare for your interview.
3.How I prepare my interview:
The most important thing without your preparation it is not easy to face the interview. So you need to prepare yourself. Try to know each and everything about your sponsor. Try to know about your in-laws past and present life story. Your sponsor home address both Canada and Bangladesh, Cell phone no, job place. Try to do mock interview with your sponsor. Your preparation is the key of your interview success. Prepare your family for cross check. The immigration officer crosses check with your answer with your sponsor, his parents, your parents and your job place. Cross check is very important to pass your interview. The immigration officer may check your cell phone and your face book, other app like viber, WhatsApp and skype. The immigration officer may ask you about your sponsor city where he lives in Canada. If you fail to answer that question answer the officer may be doubt about your marriage. Even the officer may be asked your Facebook ID and password. Because Facebook is our social media and it is too personal. Remember the immigration officer check your every message with whom you chat.
How I face my interview in front of immigration officer:
If any applicant wants to face his or her interview he or she can use interpreter. Generally we go for our interview Dhaka Canadian High Commission .When you go for your interview you must wear a comfortable dress and reach your interview before 1 hour ago. When you enter a office you need to fill a form. After then you face your interview. When you are in your interview room carefully listen what the immigration officer ask you and try to answer it very simple way. If you do not understand you can say I don’t understand can you repeat it again please? Say sorry, thank you, yes depends on situation. Always use formal English, do not use any kind of informal English. If you use informal English the officer feel irritate. Be careful about your interpreter because sometime interpreter gives wrong information to your immigration officer. That moment you should defeat your immigration officer that you did not say like this and answer the correct question answer. Try to request your immigration officer to see your documents which they required in the interview letter.
A) Remarriage interview:
Remarriage and quick marriage is one of the red Flag in this immigration interview process. Remarriage interview is difficult and hard. The immigration officer asks each and everything in remarriage interview. Sometime the interview takes two hours depends on applicant answer. In my personal experience I can say one thing the interview of remarriage is not easy, they take a tough interview from those applicant. I request all my remarriage applicant tries to know each and every single matter from your sponsor. If you refuse you will need to face the appeal. Appeal is a lengthy process and it takes time. If you not win the appeal case you will never sponsor your wife or husband. So ready to prepare for your interview in a very strong way. Remember it is your interview and you know your story better than immigration officer. If the immigration officer try to confuse you never ever change your question answer. If immigration officer doubt you, you can defeat them in your answer.
B) First marriage interview:
First marriage interview is easy and simple. Sometime the officer only chit chats with you. But you have to know about your sponsor each and every thing. Nobody knows what they ask you. So ready to answer for every question answer. Your will power is your strong point for your interview.
4. How long wait for re medical:
A) Second marriage re medical:
May be some time now a day if you answer your all question answer and your cross check is match and if your marriage is second than the immigration officer will call your sponsor after one month later for his or her interview. If your sponsor answer match with the cross checks then you will get your re-medical within 5 days. If the officer has no doubt after the interview you will get your re medical after 1 month or 7 days later.
First marriage re medical:
First marriage re medical after interview the applicant will get their re medical within 1 month or 7 days.
After you pass your interview the visa office required from your
1. Police clearance
2. Your update form
3. Your re medical
4. Your landing fee
Especially your police clearance, your update form and your landing fee receipt you have to send to Singapore trough DHL within 30 days. When you will DHL your documents you need to use this address to send your papers to Singapore------------The address is below------------

5)How long I wait for my passport request:
Passport request is depends on your medical report and security check. When you go for your re medical the clinic will test your chest X RAY, blood test, Eye test, height test, weight test and urine test.The clinic will update your medical report to Singapore. If your medical is OK after then the visa office will check your security. If all is ok then they will send you passport request within 1 month or 17 days or 11 days it totally depends on background check.
