I got married in Türkiye, and my wife will apply for my spousal sponsorship. I have a query regarding the acceptance of the multilingual Formul B of marriage and the Red International Family Book (Livret de Famille International) from Türkiye (Both in Turkish and French) for spousal sponsorship. These documents reflect a change in my wife's surname as per Turkish laws, as she has adopted my last name. I am Pakistani, and my wife is Canadian.

• Formul B: Falls under the Vienna Convention on the Issue of Multilingual Extracts from Civil Status Records, signed on September 8, 1976.
• Livret de Famille International: Falls under Convention No. 15 of the Commission Internationale de l'État Civil (CIEC), signed on September 12, 1974.

Regarding the name change, should we update her name officially, or is it sufficient to mention her other names on the form? because it is a tine taking process.
