I am a Canadian citizen. My wife was granted a six month single entry visitor's visa on Sep 22, 2015, This day has gone down in history as one of our happiest day in life because we welcomed an angel(baby) in our family, my wife gave birth to a beautiful and health daughter on this very same day.
My questions are:
1). This new member(baby) of our family is not on her visa, what should we do? Are infants required to be on the visa?
2). Can I file for a Spousal Sponsorship INLAND since the visa is only six months? If you apply for an extension can they give you more days beyond the length of your visa? (Note: I do understand that the duration of your stay is determined at the port of entry by the immigration officer).
