Hello, my wife completed a Master's degree without a baholors degree.
The spousal sponsorship application (Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)) asks for the highest level of education acquired. My wife completed 'Single cycle Master's degree' in pharmacy from Italy, it's a bachelor's degree and Master's degree combined into one. So technically she did not receive a bachelor's degree, just a Master's degree.
However in the application instructions page it state: "Master’s degree: Academic degree awarded by a graduate school of a college or university. You must have completed a Bachelor’s degree before you can earn a Master’s degree."
Then later on in the 'Schedule A - Background / Declaration (IMM 5669)' it asks for the breakdown of education history. Which would show no bachelor's degree.
What do we do on this situation?
