Hi,

I'm curious if someone can help me, I'm Irish, Me and my Canadian wife are submitting spousal sponsorship application to cic in the next couple of days, we live in quebec. Do you get implied status when you submit the forms as my current visa is coming to an end.

Are you applying inland or outland? You'll get implied status if you apply inland and include an open work permit with the application. Having said that, this isn't necessarily the best way to go given the wait times.

I'm applying in-land, I got an LMO from my job almost two years ago along with CAQ from quebec, do I submit them with an open work permit form ? also how do i get the application for inside of canada ?
