Hello there,
I am Satya, a Permanent resident of canada.
I am looking for some expert advice on Spouse Sponsorship.
Spouse sponsorship application we have submitted has been returned stating 'Documents submitted has not met the criteria'. I see that 'Country Specific documents' has been highlighted in the checklist returned and asked to submit additional documents.
I have submitted DOB certificate (Notarized), School certificate and copy of voter id. However, still returned.
Could someone please advise:
1. Whether we have to submit original copies of School certificate and voter Id or just a notarized photo copies would be sufficient?
2. Only 'country specific documents' has been marked in the checklist returned. Does that mean, other documents were verified and has no issues?
3. I do not see any mentioning about the fee paid. Should I pay immigration fee again and submit a new receipt while re-sending application?
Appreciate your help on this.
Thanks.
Satya
