Hi,

We are working on our spousal common-law application and I have a question about the date which we put in e.g. the IMM1344, question 2b - "Provide the date on which you were married or entered into the common-law relationship.
The question is actually simple and I was very confident what to put in there before, but more I read guidelines and definitions, more confused I got.

So, our situation is as follows:

A) we live together since Feb 9th 2018 (my common-law partner moved in)
B) the earliest proof of living together we have is from Apr 20th 2018 (a document where my common-law partner used the address where I used to live alone before and where now we are living together)
C) The 1st anniversary of living together is on Feb 9th 2019
D) The 1st anniversary of living together that we can prove is on Apr 20 2019

Do we put in this field A, B C or D?

I am sorry for asking probably a very silly question, and thank you for your help in advance :)
