Hi .I just need some information about sponsoring my wife. I am currently working here in canada under wp until dec of 2014. My NOC is B and i want to sponsor my wife and 2 kids to come here from the philippines. Im asking for anyone for help on the process or if there is such a program for this. Thank you so much..

They would have to apply for a TRV and study permits for the kids depending on their age. You support their application with proof of your status in Canada and funds available. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/tourist.asp
