Spousal Sponsorship Application

Hi.
I have some experience in immigration and now I am working on my sisiter's spousal application, so I need help as I am working on her application. Below is the case story.
My sister was sponsored in canada on spousal sponsorship in 2013 and in January 2015 she got divorced. in 2018 she adopted a daughter back home in India and never sponsored her as she was alone in Canada and couldn't take care of her alone. now her daugher is staying with her parents in India and they are taking care of her. Now my sister got married again in 2020 and wants to sponsor her spouse from India but not the adopted daughter. she is sponsoring her spouse only

I have mentioned the name of adopted child on the applicant's family information form (spouse) as the guidelines says that you have to mention the name of all children of yourself and spouse. and I have mention in the cover letter about the adoption too.
My questions are
Q1 ) Do I have to mention about the adopted child in IMM0008 form of the applicant even if the child is not being sponsored in this application?
Q2) is it a very difficult case?
Q3) is there any other part of the application where I should mention about the adopted child?

Just treat the child as if it's her birth child. Yes you have to mention the child anywhere you'd mention immediate family members. Yes the child will need a medical etc even if they're not being sponsored.
