We are ready to submit the Spousal Sponsorship application under the family class program...

We have attached all the required documents according to guidelines provided by CIC.

We are going attach some notarized Reference letters which was originally written in our native language. We have used certified translator to convert into English and notarized it.

My question is do we need to attach original notarized document or we can attach scanned color copy of notarized document?

The certified translator should have provided a copy in the translation, with a stamp/seal saying that this is the document they translated from.

Yes they gave a stamped document.

So my question is: do we have to provide the original certified stamped document that translator gave or we have to provide the scanned copy of the stamped document?

You provide what the translator gave you.

The translation package should be:

1) the English (or French translation)
2) the certified copy of the original that was translated from

If the document is not required by your checklist or country-specific instructions to be provided in the original, do not provide the original. Example: marriage certificates shouldn't be provided in original, police checks need to be.
