Hello seniors,
I am a PR Of Canada and my husband is on work permit. He already applied for OINP under express entry but have'nt heard anything back in 9 months. His work permit is expiring on 3 December 2016.
So, we are planning to apply sponsorship and work pemit together. Should we apply together or separate?
How long is processing time for application?
Will it effect if his work permit is expires and he is out of status during application process?
This immigration system has put us in big trouble. We are unable to decide wat to do next.
Plz advise. Any response will be apprecaited.
