Spousal sponsorship after inland file number

Hello guys,

I have applied for PR paper based application in Nov, 2017 after AINP.

Here is my profile;

File sent- nov 2017
File received- nov 30, 2017
File number- jan 29, 2018
Waiting for Medical request

After that I got married n added my wife’s file into it. She’s in India.

Is anyone with same profile or someone know how long it takes for the whole process when we add a dependent on the file?

If you are applying for provincial nominee, then you are not "sponsoring your spouse".
I believe you can update your application to include your wife in it.
