Spousal sponsor issue

When I applied for pr I got married during the process. I am in canada now . During the process I included my wife's name in my application as it was advised by cic. They asked her police check and medical also . But I did not pay the visa fee since she is not accompanying me to Canada.
Now my question is whether should I do everything from beginning? She is in india.
Please advice.

She was non-accompanying spouse at the time. But you did things correctly.

If you want to sponsor her now, that's will be a new application.
