Spousal sponsor form USA ?????

Hi All,
I have couple of questions about spouse sponsorship, please clarify....

I am currently working in Canada ( PR holder, applied citizenship). I am planning to get married in March 2014 (India). My Fiance is working in USA on H1B.

My Questions:

1.I want to apply Her TRV before wedding and after wedding want to launch her PR application. So what are the chances for her to get TRV from USA?
2. where does her PR application will be processed ? USA ( buffalo/LA) or India?
3. What are the time lines for Spouse sponsorship at Buffalo/LA office?

If sent to office based on USA residency, the app would be processed in CPP-Ottawa. Times there are in the 10 month range.
If sent to office based on India citizenship, the app would be processed in New Delhi.

You can request either one, but the final decision of what office it goes to is up to CIC after sponsor approval in CPC-Mississauga.

One more question, while her application is in process, is she able to come frequently to Canada on visitor visa?

Is there any limit to visit canada in a year?

There is no limit. But she will first need to apply for a TRV and get it approved, and there is no guarantee that will be successful.
