Hello ,
we have been working on the spousal sponsor forms for awhile now.. I have a few questions about proving the relationship is genuine. I own my home so he is not on the mortgage and we dont have joint bank accounts. But we filed out taxes together for the past 2 years and he claimed me as a dependent , and we have mail at the same address and our vehicle insurance is in both our names. Also his phone is on my cell phone account. I can have letters from my mother and my neighbors that we have lived together common law for the past 2 years and he has attended family gatherings and pictures of such. Will that be enough or no ?

It sounds like a good amount. You might want also to provide a few pictures from some of your vacations together or at family functions. I also included a few cards we'd given each other and some we got as a couple. Filing taxes together is about as official as you can get :P

Which visa office are you applying to? What is the nationality of the applicant?

Sounds like enough proofs to me. A few more easy ones that you could add are:
- with one of your credit cards, add the spouse as a secondary user. Then both names will appear on the same bill
- get some cheap spousal term life insurance, with each other listed as primary beneficiary
