My husband had applied for spousal PR in May 2018.We got an email on July25 that our visa is now forwarded to NEW DELHI.now after that we got no mails. Also when i track my application it just shows updates till they recieved my medical acknowlegement.How much time does it take for New DElhi office to Process.

So your file is now transferred to New Delhi and you have completed your medical (and its passed) ??
If so then your next stage will be background and security checks. This can take 2 - 10 months. It really depends on your travel history, criminal activity and so on. Mine took almost 10 months and minimal travel history.
IRCC also involve other agencies during your background/security check. FBI, Canada's security agency, your homeland countries police and security agencies, interpol.
During the 2 - 10 month process you will not receive any email updates unless they require more information. Your GC key will change though.
Keep a look out under your background check line. It will change from in progress to in process. This is a good sign
