Spousal PR after medical

Hi, I am a permanent resident and I recently filed for my wife’s PR who is in India. Filed in October 2019 got letter of confirmation in November 2019. On January 03, 2020 got approval on the sponsorship portion of the application. Jan 05 2020 got biometrics request and Jan 06 2020 got medical request. My question how long does it take to get PR after the medical request?

The medical request is an early part of the application process - so you likely still have a number of months to wait before the application is finalized. As a general rule, expect processing to take 12 months end to end - although it's possible it could be done sooner.
