I hope you are doing well. I have a question regarding my spouse work permit that I would be really glad if you help me.
Last summer I went back to my country (Iran) and got married and applied for an open work permit for my spouse afterward. Her visa is approved. Since her visa is dependent on my study permit, I was wondering if she decides to enter Canada after my thesis defense, will an open work permit still be issued to her at the border? I have read online that after 90 days of graduation my study permit expires and I have to apply for Post Grad Work Permit within 90 days after my graduation. Any help will be highly appreciated.
