Spousal Open work permit

Hi, I came to canada last month(March-2018) on ICT from India(Closed work permit). I would to like apply for Spousal open work permit to my wife(who is in india at the moment). I did research from my end. I've gone through below links as well.However, my question is no where my workpermit/offer letter/paycheck details being asked in the documents list. Looks like i'm missing something. Can someone plz help me out in this regard?

Hi, I am trying to apply for Spouse open work permit and I am facing similar situation i.e. I am not able to see any space where they are asking for any supporting documents like finances or medical.. I can just see the option to upload the 5 forms -
1. Application for workpermit made outside of canada - IMM1295
2. Family Information Form - IMM5707
3. Passport
4. Digital photo
5. Proof of Relationship (required)

Can anyone help in determining where would I have to submit other documents? Thank you
