Spousal Open Work Permit TO PR

Hello,
I'm currently on a Spousal Open Work Permit and have been working here in Canada for almost 9 months.
Today, my employer mentioned they're willing to support my PR process.

My questions are,
#1 - what options do I have to obtain PR,
and
#2- what can my employer do to help me?

1. Research PNP and whether you are eligible for Express Entry.
2. Depends on province and NOC. Again research the PNP program of the province you are living in. Employer can file for and pay for a LMIA. They will need to start the recruitment process from scratch and first post your job to prove no Canadian, PR or those on work permits have the experience and education.
