Please I need urgent help.
I am an open work permit holder, and my wife a study permit holder as well as our three kids.
My wife got her study permit/visa in a separate application through an agent while I handled my open work permit and Study permit for our kids.
I am applying for extension of my SPOW and her study permit with that of our children, but having completed the questionnaire on IRCC portal, I found out that my wife forms where generated two times while one of my son's form wasn't generated
Please what could be the issue? Does it mean that I can't apply for my wife SP? Could it be that answered the questionnaire wrongly?
A check of the questionnaire revealed that the section for my son was accurately completed but the forms generated bears my wife's name.
Please I need help urgently as our permits expires soon.
