Hello...I applied for spousal open work permit and it got rejected. for knowing the reason i applied for GCMS note and got the below reply...
" Indian ctzen. Married. Got married in june 2015. PA intends to obtain open WP as spouse of lnt'I student. Working as Electrical Engineer since jan 2016 in UAE with modest income. Based on the submission, on balance of probabilities, when considering PA's economic establishment in PA's current country of residence, PA's economic establishment in PA's country of citizenship, and PA's social ties against the economic and social incentives of being able to work in Canada, I am not satisfied that PA's economic and social establishment outside of Canada is sufficient to motivate PA's departure from Canada at the end of the authorized period stay as per R200(1 )(b). I am also not satisfied that it is reasonable for PA to quit his career and go to Canada on solely a temporary basis with uncertain prospects while spouse still a student in CDA .. Therefore I am not satisfied that PA is a bonafide temporary worker and not an immigrant. Refused."
Can anyone advise me how to reapply and what are the documents needed for re submission-My wife has student permit and it is valid upto september 2020
Also, she is having a part time job in Canada.
I am residing in Dubai and our son is in India.
Anyone please suggest next procedure for resubmission.
