Hello, I bring my husband here in canada as a permanent resident. Now I found out he is cheating on me. And I have the screenshots of the conversation of his instagram chat, where he said that he married me because he wants the citizenship and after getting the Canadian citizenship he will leave me. So this document is acceptable to revoke his Canadian PR and depot him from canada ? I am mentally exhausted.

None of us can tell you that for certain. However you should by all means report him. See instructions here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/protect-fraud/report-fraud.html

Would add that there is no guarantee that anything will happen and if it does it will take a long time so would encourage you to seek a divorce and try to move on with your life. Keep compiling evidence that this was not a genuine relationship and the goal was to secure status in Canada and make sure to save it. You can update your case if you acquire more proof in the future.
